An intimate wedding ceremony is lovely and tender, with a bride and groom, or a few special people in attendance–and an experienced wedding officiant. This package is designed for those planning a wedding with a few guests (20 max). Your ceremony will be given the special care your wedding day deserves. There is no rehearsal, but the basic ceremony and wedding vows will be fully approved by you in advance. We will consult in person (if you are in Charleston) or by phone and e-mail if you are coming from out of town.
On your wedding day, we will gather at your selected location to conduct the ceremony and to celebrate with you the beginning of your new life together.
Cost: $195
Picture yourself surrounded by those you love as you take your marriage vows in a ceremony created just for you. This package is designed for those planning larger weddings with more extensive bridal parties and guests in attendance. Dr. Bogue, your wedding officiant, will be available for your rehearsal and will ensure that you and your party are comfortable and ready for the big day.
This ceremony may contain “extras,” such as special readings, a unity candle, or blending of the sands. We will consult in person (if you are in Charleston), or by phone and e-mail, until we have your ceremony planned just the way you’ve always wanted it to be.
We will gladly work with your wedding planner and/or photographer, musicians and DJ at both the rehearsal and on your wedding day to ensure that the ceremony is just right and that wonderful memories are made.

The Live Oak package represents the Gold Standard of our wedding officiant services. To select this package is to choose our highest level of customization. The creation of your wedding ceremony will begin with an in-depth consultation with Dr. Bogue. After the initial draft is prepared, you will have the opportunity to work closely with Dr. Bogue to fine-tune a ceremony and marriage vows that will communicate your unique personalities and values to all who are present. Consultations will occur throughout the planning process to ensure that the ceremony meets with your exacting standards. Special readings and “extras,” such as a unity candle, blending of the sands, special music, specially selected readings that communicate your deep love for each other, etc., are typical of this level of ceremony. “Extras” are standard features. We will meet your desires for an exquisite, custom-crafted ceremony.
Dr. Bogue will be available to consult with wedding planners, musicians, readers, and all others on your wedding “team.”
A complete rehearsal prior to the wedding day will give you the confidence that your exquisitely planned ceremony will reflect your highest standards and values.
